Use of this ticket or entry to property constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry. Ticket required for 18+. Ticket is revocable license, not a property right and can be revocable at any time. Ticket grants one time admission to track. No refunds. Holder assumes all risks. Venue, owner and all employees are not liable for injury, loss or damage to persons or property. Certain items are prohibited, see track policies. ADMISSION & LICENSE

This ticket is a revocable license granting the holder one-time admission to the facility on the date shown. Management reserves the right to revoke this license and deny admission or eject any person at any time, without refund, for violation of facility rules or applicable law.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at a horse racing event, including but not limited to injury or damage caused by horses, riders, vehicles, equipment, flying debris, weather conditions, other patrons, or any activity occurring before, during, or after the event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Holder releases and agrees to hold harmless the racetrack, owners, operators, promoters, participants, sponsors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for personal injury, death, property damage, or theft occurring on the premises, except where prohibited by law.

MINORS

Admission is free for guests 18 years of age and under. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of any minor.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by persons 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. Management reserves the right to refuse service and remove any guest for intoxication or violation of alcohol policies.

CONDUCT & EJECTION

Disorderly conduct, intoxication, use of illegal substances, possession of prohibited items, interference with racing operations, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in ejection without refund.

SEARCH & SECURITY

Entry constitutes consent to reasonable searches of persons, bags, and personal items. Prohibited items are not permitted on the premises.

MEDIA CONSENT

Holder grants permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded and agrees that their image, likeness, and voice may be used for broadcast, promotional, or marketing purposes without compensation.

EVENT CHANGES / WEATHER

Races, schedules, and participants are subject to change. 

GOVERNING LAW

This ticket and all disputes arising from its use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
